This upright panel saw allows one-man operation from panel storage to finished, precisely cut section and is appreciated for its easy moving, ergonomic design.
Even more power for your shop: The SECTOR 1257 features a powerful 5.5 kW motor and saw blade with a diameter of 303 mm. A speed-regulated motor with peak power of up to 9 kW is also available as an option.
The SECTOR 1257 is available in highly varying frame versions with cutting lengths of 4,300 mm to 6,300 mm and cutting height of 2,200 mm. The cutting depth is 80 mm. Special lengths up to 8,300 mm are available on request.
The range of applications for HOLZ-HER circular panel saws can be extended as required with genuine HOLZ-HER accessories. For example with the HOLZ-HER patented Super Cut prescoring system. This system operates with two scoring blades to score laminated panels ensuring tear-free edge quality. A further optional feature is the professional cut optimization software Opti-Base V-Cut.

Vorritzen für den präzisen Schnitt
SuperCut ist das patentierte HOLZ-HER Vorritzsystem. Es liefert verleimfertige Schnitte bei nur einer Grundeinstellung.
- Zwei Hartmetallmesser ritzen die Oberfläche von beschichteten Platten exakt auf Sägeblattbreite vor.
- Anschließend trennt das Kreissägeblatt die Platte ohne Ausreißen der harten, spröden oder fasrigen Deckschicht.
- Das Ergebnis ist eine glatte Kante für die Weiterverarbeitung.

Sägebalken oben und unten mit pneumatischer Arretierung, per Knopfdruck vom Bedienpult bedienbar. Inklusive automatischer Schnittstellenerkennung für den Vertikalschnitt.
Sägeaggregat
Das weiterentwickelte Sägeaggregat mit durchzugsstarkem 5,5 kW Motor schneidet mühelos Materialien mit einer Stärke von bis zu 80 mm. Für härtere Materialien steht optional ein 9 kW Motor zur Verfügung, welcher durch die integrierte Drehzahlregelung auch bei Kunststoffen und NE-Metallen überzeugt.
Um einen bedienerfreundlichen Werkzeugwechsel zu gewährleisten, kann das Aggregat stufenlos an jeder beliebigen Position am Sägebalken fixiert werden. Das ProLock Schnellspannfutter gewährleistet dabei einen schnellen Werkzeugwechsel.

The sawing unit is equipped with a pneumatic brake as a standard feature.
The dimension for the horizontal cut can be precisely adjusted to an accuracy of 1/10 mm at the touch of a button with the adjustment motor included as a standard feature. As an alternative the setting can also be read off on the setting scale.

Winkelschnitteinrichtung GeoMetric
Mit der mobilen Winkelschnitteinrichtung können auf einfache Weise Schnittwinkel bis zu 45° ausgeführt werden. Dazu wird die Winkelschnitteinrichtung auf der Säge festgeklemmt und die Gradzahl eingestellt. Zwei verschiebbare Vakuumsauger fixieren die aufgelegte Platte. Anschließend kann vertikal oder horizontal geschnitten werden. Durch einfache Umstellung ist es möglich, die Winkelschnitteinrichtung rechts und links von der Schnittstelle aufzubauen.
Qualität in Eigenregie - von der Stahlplatte zur fertigen Maschine
Inhouse-Herstellung der Gestelle für die vertikalen Plattensägen
Bis zu 2200 Tonnen Stahl und Aluminium werden im eigenen HOLZ-HER Gestellbau verarbeitet. Eine vollautomatisch beschickbare Laserschneideanlage übernimmt hier die optimierte Aufteilung von Stahlplatten bis zu einer Stärke von 25 mm. So kann HOLZ-HER für alle steifigkeitsrelevanten Konstruktionsteile die ideale Materialstärke verwenden.
Mit einer Nennpresskraft von 400 Tonnen sorgen mehrere hydraulische Abkantpressen für die perfekte Form der Bauteile mittels automatischer Materialdickenmessung und Pressdrucksteuerung.
Mit viel Sorgfalt werden die einzelnen Teile zusammengeschweißt. Durch die optimal durchdachten Schweißvorrichtungen wird für Ihre Maschine eine hohe Qualitätskonstanz abgesichert.
Auf mehreren Langbettfräsmaschinen werden die komplett geschweißten Gestelle hochpräzise gefräst. Sämtliche Flächen sind somit für den späteren Aufbau von Führungen und Aggregaten optimal vorbereitet.
